I had the good fortune to have my dream home built by Matt Brost. As the general contractor, Matt was a pleasure to work with during the process of designing and building my home. He was responsive and always available to meet with me in person or talk me through the process and deconstruct in lay terms the issues at hand and answer my questions and concerns. Matt has been in the industry for several decades and has a dedicated and skilled crew of contractors that he uses that provided excellent service at every level of the build. Whenever building or budgetary problems arouse, Matt would always have a solution to solve the issue in an expedient manner and was extremely helpful to me in making key decisions with the home such as window selection and manufacturer. He was always on site to ensure that the build went according to plan and he would regularly send me updated photos and videos of the home's progress. I am grateful for his knowledge and expertise as he completed my home on budget and on time.

Matt Brost was such a pleasure to work with. I would say building a home is pretty much one of the largest projects a person can undertake. Matt and his team effectuated a streamline process that gave me a great deal of comfort and confidence in the process. I am not easy to impress because I have extremely high expectations. I get over involved even when it is not my line of expertise. This can be overwhelming for anyone that I work with especially on such an enormous project, but Matt embraced my involvement with a great deal of grace and education during the build. Upon completion of my home and many years after, Matt has always made himself available to address anything that might come up and for a new homeowner I cannot begin to stress how much comfort that provides me.
